• Industry-relevant instructor to steward a student-centric, competency-based education experience. • Plays a crucial role in facilitating a competency-based learning environment that promotes social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Leverages Human Resource experience to instruct core concepts and skills customized and personalized to student learning. • Provides effective and substantive feedback that promotes mastery of program outcomes. • Encourages student engagement with peers, the instructor, and the learning resources.
Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree; • Three to five years of industry-relevant work experience. • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations. • Ability to work a student-friendly schedule (evenings/weekends).
