Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. • Previous experience in IT support or service desk roles is preferred. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently while being part of a remote team. • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and networking concepts. • Proficient in using various support tools and software. • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering outstanding service. • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. • Valid European Passport or ID required.
