•Position Type: Full-Time, Remote •Working Hours: EST •About the Role: Pavago is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Programmatic SEO Specialist to elevate our client’s brand visibility and drive business growth through effective SEO tactics. The ideal candidate will be able to assess the current SEO landscape, identify areas for improvement, and develop a comprehensive action plan to boost search engine rankings. This role requires a combination of technical SEO expertise, market analysis, and continuous optimization to ensure our brand remains a leader in search rankings. •Key Responsibilities: •SEO Audits & Strategy Development: Analyze the current SEO performance, identify gaps, and formulate a comprehensive SEO action plan to optimize the company’s online presence. •Brand Positioning & Benchmarking: Regularly assess the company's search engine position and compare performance metrics against industry benchmarks to ensure alignment with business goals. •Market Research & Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor strategies, and uncover new keyword opportunities for the business. •Landing Page Optimization: Optimize content and structure of product feature landing pages, ensuring they are aligned with SEO best practices and optimized to attract targeted clients. •Post-Demo Client Targeting: Tailor SEO strategies based on post-demo client feedback, improving client engagement and conversion rates. •Automation & Efficiency: Leverage automation tools like Zapier to streamline SEO processes, improve scalability, and enhance reporting efficiency. •Continuous Learning & Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and tools to continuously improve SEO performance and keep the brand ahead of competitors. •Performance Measurement & Reporting: Regularly track and measure key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) to ensure objectives are being met and inform future strategies. •What Makes You a Perfect Fit? •Strategic Thinker: You are a strategic thinker who can balance immediate SEO improvements with long-term success. •Driven: You have a proven track record of driving significant traffic and improving rankings through a data-driven, programmatic approach. •Independent: You are comfortable working independently and proactively on complex SEO challenges. •Passionate: You’re passionate about staying on top of industry trends and continuously refining your SEO knowledge. •What Does a Typical Day Look Like? The afternoon will be dedicated to refining SEO automation, staying current on trends, and tracking key metrics. By the end of the day, you’ll produce reports and performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy adjustments and ensure that SEO goals are being met. •Interview Process: •Initial Phone Call: Discuss your SEO experience, your approach to programmatic SEO, and how you align with the role. •Video Interview: A deeper dive into your technical SEO skills, tools expertise, and strategic mindset. •Final Interview: Meet with the client to confirm alignment with SEO goals and discuss your vision for Rig Hut’s SEO strategy. •Background Check: Verification of prior experience and SEO results. •Ready to Apply? Requirements

•Experience: 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on programmatic SEO and technical SEO. •Tools & Software Proficiency: Expertise in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Zapier, Slack, Hangouts, Notion, Monday, and other SEO tools. •SEO Strategy & Execution: Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, backlinking strategies, and content optimization techniques. •Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights to inform SEO strategies and drive business growth. •Automation & Efficiency: Experience implementing automation processes to streamline SEO workflows and reporting. •Problem-Solving: Able to identify SEO issues and execute solutions efficiently while maintaining long-term strategies.
