• Experience in real estate, account management, and transaction coordination. • Familiarity with property research, CRM tools, and handling multi-step transaction processes. • Excellent organizational and communication skills are critical. • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. • Experience in contract management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must. • Proficient in Zoom, Asana, Slack, email, and CRM systems. • Ability to use property databases, manage accounts through automated campaigns, and coordinate contracts and transactions efficiently.
