β€’ 3-5 years Industry operational experience, account management, or customer success required β€’ Superb relationship skills with the ability to work within all levels of an organization β€’ Comfortable in an ever-changing environment β€’ Self-direction of day-to-day activities β€’ Broad knowledge of PDI products and services β€’ Exceptional listening skills with the ability to ascertain unspoken needs β€’ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills β€’ Salesforce experience a plus but not required β€’ Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to travel required
