Your mission: to discover, connect with, and hire the best sales talent in the market. • What You’ll Do: • Uncover Top Talent: Leverage cutting-edge sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and innovative outreach techniques, to attract exceptional sales professionals. • Be the First Impression: Conduct engaging initial screenings to evaluate candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit for various sales roles. • Guide the Journey: Manage and coordinate every step of the interview process, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience. • Foster Relationships: Build meaningful connections with both candidates and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor who understands the unique demands of sales roles. • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep a pulse on the latest sales industry trends, compensation data, and competitive insights to provide strategic hiring recommendations.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales or commercial roles. Experience in agency or start-up environments is a plus, as these require adaptability and agility. • Familiarity with sales industry trends and an interest in understanding the dynamics of recruiting for fast-paced, high-growth companies. • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and relationships across diverse teams and candidates. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. • Proficiency in using recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable). Bonus points for creativity in sourcing talent through less traditional methods.
