• Organizing the biennial First Nations National Guardians Gathering. • Create and execute strategies for communication to elevate NGN's visibility. • Cultivating connections with partners, funders, and media. • Support NGN's fundraising efforts with engaging communication materials. • Create impactful digital content tailored for diverse platforms. • Plan and assess remote fundraising campaigns. • Develop strategies to bolster NGN's identity and visibility. • Introduce automation to streamline processes when applicable. • Collaborate within teams, providing regular reports and insights. • Leverage media connections to amplify NGN's impact.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating and engaging with First Nations. • Proficiency in project management methodologies. • Three years of experience in communications roles. • Track record of establishing media connections. • Proficient in nurturing relationships remotely with diverse First Nations. • Ability to analyze data, virtual performance metrics, and campaign outcomes. • Adept at working effectively within remote teams. • Genuine dedication to NGN's mission. • Successful completion of a criminal record check as required for the role.
