Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Operations • Must have strong clinical experience as a Licensed Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant • Must have established experience in Veterinary hospital operational management • Demonstrated ability to recruit veterinary professionals and manage all parts of the full recruitment cycle or willingness to learn. • Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, channels, and processes within the Veterinary ecosystem or life-sciences. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • The proven ability to take initiative, think on your feet, and quickly make well-thought-out decisions. • Experience developing and running conference booths • Creative mindset towards recruiting strategies and events • Must reside in EST or CST time zone
