Description

• Creates, manages, and executes the account strategy for a set of assigned customer(s). • Represents the voice of the customer to the customer team and the voice of Plexus. • Creates a working account plan which includes strategies/tactics to increase profitable revenue, account penetration and engagement points. • Develops innovative solutions to differentiate Plexus service offering. • Ensures Plexus meets or exceeds customer expectations. • Builds and develops multi-level relationships with customers.

Requirements

• 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; • 8 years and a Master’s degree • Advanced written and verbal communication skills are required • Basic computer skills are required • Able to make sound, logical and reasonable decisions nearly autonomously • Masters solution selling approach • Has mastered the use of financial acumen to be able to influence customers and constituents • Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing is required • General office equipment and materials
