Description

• Establish clear pipelines for 3D Marketing Creative production and work on their optimization • Research market trends and best practices, and monitor competitor activities to keep our assets fresh and competitive • Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth • Work closely with the Сreative Director's feedback and help 3D team implement it into their work • Provide the 3D team with technical feedback on their assets and animation

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a 3D Artist with a strong portfolio containing casual artworks • Experience managing a team of artists • Knowledge of 3D software such as Maya, Blender, and ZBrush • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, animation principles, and stages of 3D production process • Strong understanding of Mobile F2P games market trends and Marketing Creatives production pipelines • Experience in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style within a set of creatives • Ability to create interesting and non-standard concepts • Proactive work approach with the ability to offer new solutions • Fluency in English • Experience as a 3D Marketing Artist
