Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting • Proven track record of successfully filling positions promptly • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and methodologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles • Capable of working independently and collaboratively • Passion for gaming and understanding of the industry • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal • Nice to have: A background in human resources or organizational psychology
