Description

• Provide high-level executive support to the Head of Product Marketing • Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings • Partner cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless communication • Handle travel arrangements and prepare itineraries • Support the preparation of executive-level meetings materials • Act as a liaison ensuring information flows effectively • Assist with special projects, including event planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives • Experience working cross-functionally and partnering with executives across various departments • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executive you support • Thrive in a remote work environment, specifically in the PST timezone
