Description

• Lead and support implementation and optimization of HR modules, including Pro HRSD, Employee Voice, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to understand organizational needs and translate them into actionable system configurations • Drive initiatives in employee performance, training and development, onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee timekeeping to optimize HR functions • Develop and execute strategies for HR systems management, ensuring a smooth workflow for all talent and benefits functions

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in an HR department, with a focus on employee performance, training, development, onboarding, talent acquisition, and timekeeping • Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities effectively • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and align system solutions with business needs • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
