• Reports to: Chief Sales Officer • Manage and grow PWI's portfolio of products across customer accounts. • Supervise Directors for Retail and On-Premise Chains. • Drive performance through training, developing, hiring, and inspiring the National Accounts team. • Grow customer sales via new distribution, promotional programs, and brand strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional resources (Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain). • Optimize promotional budgets and brand investments. • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve incremental business for PWI's priority brands.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing National Accounts in both Retail and On-Premise channels. • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field is required. • Visionary, confident, and inspirational organizational leader. • Financially savvy with a “General Manager” mindset. • Proven success in growing businesses and challenging the status quo. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • High emotional intelligence, influencing and negotiation expertise. • Innovative, resourceful, and urgent in execution.
