Description

• Developing and implementing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention for iGaming products. • Working with various communication channels (e-mail, SMS, push, messenger) and developing email marketing strategies. • Creating and optimizing email templates, promotional campaigns, trigger-based and automated messages. • Managing automated email campaigns with audience segmentation and behavior-based triggers. • Analyzing campaign performance metrics and optimizing strategies using A/B testing. • Maintaining and updating customer databases for accurate targeting. • Collaborating with designers and copywriters to create engaging, relevant content. • Ensuring compliance with data protection and anti-spam regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in email marketing, preferably in online casino or sports betting industries. • Proficiency in Tools: Skilled in platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Campaign Management: Expertise in creating and optimizing email campaigns, including A/B testing and performance analysis. • Database Management: Knowledge of audience segmentation and trigger-based campaigns, with strong database management skills. • Technical Skills: Experience with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup to enhance domain trust, familiarity with metrics like bounce rates, complaints, and unsubscribes. • HTML/CSS: Basic knowledge for email template customization. • Analytics: Proficiency with tools for monitoring and optimizing campaign performance. • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to collaborate across teams. • Creative Mindset: Innovative and proactive in generating and implementing ideas. • English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher for working with international clients and projects.
