Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Human Behavior, Analytics, or related field of study. • 6 years progressively increasing responsibility in customer relationship management or customer-facing engagement and communication. • 3 years qualitative and quantitative data analysis and insight synthesis and reporting. • Demonstrated proficiency in mixed-methods research, utilizing quantitative and qualitative findings to drive design decisions. • Skilled in task analysis and user flow mapping to enhance user experience. • Ability to define and track business-oriented metrics that establish and prove the success of UX projects. • In-depth understanding of healthcare systems and digital health trends. • Proven ability to lead workshops and multidisciplinary teams through complex design projects. • Strong storytelling and presentation skills to influence decision-making. • Highly adaptable to new technologies and evolving project demands.
