Requirements

β€’ -1 years of experience β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent required β€’ Ability to perform essential job functions β€’ Strong oral and written communication skills β€’ Strong customer focus and phone etiquette β€’ Friendly and team-oriented β€’ Previous word-processing experience with a typing speed of 35 WPM β€’ Previous call center/customer services experience is a plus β€’ Previous computer experience is helpful β€’ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
