Description

• Support installation, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of agency cyber controls • Assist in designing and managing security controls within the CI/CD pipeline • Provide Production Support of software artifacts and CI/CD pipeline • Provide second level problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems • Support escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers

Requirements

• 6 plus years of relevant hands-on experience • Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps methodologies • Advanced networking experience • Experience with managing Service-Mesh, like Istio • Extensive experience in software systems installations & configuration • Dedicated to automation, system efficiency, and security • Experience in setting up and integrating enterprise-grade cloud-based services • Experience with at least 2 of the following Java, Node.js, Terraform Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Python • Proficiency with Log Management and Analytics tools • Ability to oversee system installations • Providing design artifacts and requirements verification test results • Further development and definition of cyber performance requirements • Participating and revising Cybersecurity Procedures documentation in the CI/CD pipeline. • Executing Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and vulnerability scans • Documenting data flow of developed applications and documentation of data flow over all permitted connections and provide OQE that shows unauthorized traffic is not present on the network • Fix or mitigate any vulnerabilities and issues identified during development and throughout the Performer's Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) process • Obtain CompTIA Security+ or other DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification within the first 90 days of employment with Raft • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related field
