Description

• Oversight of all logistical aspects of event planning and execution. • Venue management, vendor relationships, and on-site operations. • Lead and manage the logistics for multiple events. • Develop and implement logistical strategies for event execution. • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to secure necessary resources. • Create event timelines and manage budgets related to logistics. • Oversee attendee experience and onsite materials. • Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future logistics planning. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality • Certified Meeting Planner • 5+ years of experience in event logistics or event management in the b2b media space • Organizational and project management savvy • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proficient in event management software and tools • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
