•Raindrop is an industry-leading agency focused on making Marketing People Love and building a people-first culture. •Looking for someone to lead the Organic Growth team to guide clients in growing their businesses. •Responsible for supporting agency organic growth goals and leading client retention strategies. •Cross department collaboration is key to success in this role. •Client meetings are expected several times a month with existing clients in San Diego.

Requirements

•10+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales •eCommerce and D2C and paid media experience is preferred •Agency experience is a plus •Strategic Relationship Management experience is a plus •Strategic, friendly and driven
