• Rea & Associates is a growing Top 100 Accounting firm providing our clients services in tax, accounting, and business consulting. • We have a ‘People First’ culture and we focus on our employees’ well-being and professional development. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and leadership. • This role is pivotal in establishing and executing our data analytics and business intelligence strategy, ensuring the effective use of data to deliver actionable insights, improve business performance, and drive innovation. • The ideal candidate will be located in Ohio with the ability to easily travel to clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, with at least 4 years in a leadership role • Proven experience in designing and implementing BI systems and analytics strategies that have driven business success • Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and BI platforms • Proficiency in data management tools, SQL, and modern analytics technologies (e.g., Python, R, Spark) • Experience with data governance, data warehousing, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus • Ability to travel as needed
