Description
• The Impact Lead (Director/VP) will drive Reactivate’s social, environmental and economic impact initiatives. • Lead Workforce Planning and Community Engagement efforts. • Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic plans aligning with Reactivate’s mission.
Requirements
• Minimum 8-10+ years’ work experience in a Social Impact or ESG Management role • Minimum 8-10+ years’ work experience in Environmental and Climate Justice to benefit historically disadvantaged communities • Minimum 2+ years' experience performing ESG reporting and/or advisory work with frameworks and ratings (i.e. GRI, CDP, RobecoSAM, SASB, TCFD, etc.) • Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Business, or Engineering or equivalent experience • Experience leading and managing internal teams • Familiarity with Renewable Energy Projects (Solar, Energy Storage, Wind) • Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders to successfully execute action plans • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), with particularly strong experience in Excel • Prior experience successfully implementing community benefit programs • Strong communications, writing (in English), analytical research, and organizational skills • Ability to develop, maintain, and enjoy effective working relationships with people from a wide variety of organizations and with a wide variety of functional expertise • Strong problem-solving skills with high levels of motivation, initiative and energy • Personal commitment to Reactivate’s vision and the ability to articulate it to others • Travel up to 35% • Valid Driver’s License
