Description

•RecargaPay is the Super App that simplifies daily payments for consumers and SMEs in Brazil. •It offers services such as bill payments, mobile and public transportation top-ups, installments, and loans, designed with convenience, low cost, and flexibility. •The Head of Business Unit Controller (BUC) will lead financial oversight, planning, and analysis for RecargaPay’s business units. •Requires a strategic financial expert with a robust understanding of the Brazilian financial market. •Responsible for financial performance, reporting accuracy, and compliance with local regulations. •Ideal for an experienced finance professional with deep insights into Brazil's financial landscape.

Requirements

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. •Experience: Experience in a financial management or business unit controller role, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector. Proven expertise in the Brazilian financial market is essential. (Proven experience modeling SCFI/ALM, Credit Card and financials for other credit products would be an important plus). •Hands-on approach to day-to-day activities. •Strong communication skills using clear frameworks to present insights. •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. •Proficiency with ERP and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion). •Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). •Deep knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards and regulatory requirements. •Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, Spanish would be a plus.
