Description

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable technology solutions for our gaming platform. • Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and technical problem-solving to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technology initiatives that align with business goals. • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the technology team. • Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the platform while managing technical debt effectively. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, delivering updates and insights on technology projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior leadership role within the iGaming industry. • Strong proficiency in PHP Laravel is essential; experience with VueJS, JavaScript is highly desirable. • Hands-on coding experience, with the ability to contribute to technical projects as needed. • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. • Experience managing remote teams and working collaboratively across time zones. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
