Description

• Responsible for supporting Cencora's growing Infusion Strategy Solution. • Foster collaboration with health system and hospital clients. • Lead Infusion Strategy consulting portfolio. • Build trusting relationships with clients. • Conduct client meetings to resolve issues and risks. • Collaborate with business leaders for product and sales strategy. • Maintain awareness of industry trends and implications. • Represent Cencora Corporation to external constituents. • Comply with policies and regulations. • Willingness to travel.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree. • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in infusion pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, healthcare distribution, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or related field. • Management consulting experience preferred. • Previous experience with IDN and Health Systems preferred. • Strong strategic thinker. • Proven financial modeling and decision support capabilities. • Ability to address complex interrelationships impacting business solutions. • Knowledge of healthcare industry. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate. • Leadership skills to lead a team.
