Description
• Ensure consistency in process execution and integrity of customer information • Lead a team to partner with stakeholders for understanding needs • Provide expertise in customer onboarding, data/analytics, and account management • Implement standard operating procedures and communication processes • Develop and oversee new tracking mechanisms for contract execution • Analyze business intelligence data for future project processes
Requirements
• Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience • Minimum of seven (7) years directly related experience • Excellent understanding of group purchasing, analytics, and contract operations • Proven experience in business analytics • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
