Description

• The Infusion Reimbursement Strategy Consultant will remotely lead reimbursement strategies. • Optimizes reimbursement knowledge and processes for positive outcomes. • Knowledge of national and regional payer policies is required. • Identifies Payor trends, opportunities, and challenges. • Collaborates with partners for new payer strategies. • Creates and monitors KPIs for commercialization success.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with Infusion billing, reimbursement, and/or payer contracting. • University degree in related field, Bachelor's preferred or equivalent. • Experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech industry is an asset. • Experience using home infusion software (CareTend, Brightree, etc.). • Previous consulting experience preferred. • Broad knowledge in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or similar. • Ability to assess complex external client relationships. • General knowledge of medication reimbursement and patient assistance programs. • Strong customer/client management background. • Exceptional project management skills. • Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. • Strong decision-making capabilities. • Critical thinking skills with creative solutions to client needs. • Strong organization skills and ability to manage change.
