Description

• The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and overseeing the California sales team to drive revenue growth. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and growth objectives. • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role; 2 years of director-level sales leadership role. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue. • Experience managing and scaling a sales team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Expertise in building and executing sales strategies, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
