Description
• Reddit is a community of communities, built on shared interests and authentic conversations. • The Ads team provides relevant, impactful, and innovative ad solutions. • Seeking a strategic, user-focused Staff Product Manager to lead Auto Targeting and Core 1P Targeting. • Critical role shaping and driving success of advertising initiatives. • Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
• 6-8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years within AdTech • End-to-end experience with building Targeting advertising solutions • A track record of developing and championing product strategy and vision with quantifiable business impact • A compelling influencer with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational and execution skills.
