• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement marketing strategies that increase awareness, drive demand, and boost customer acquisition. • Lead the design and execution of multi-channel campaigns (events, email, SEO/SEM, social media) and ensure optimal ROI through continuous tracking and optimization. • Align closely with sales and customer operations to ensure seamless lead handoff and strong campaign support for sales targets. • Develop custom proposal decks and assist the sales team in responding to RFPs. • Analyze and report on key metrics, offering insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the marketing team, supporting growth and professional development. • Oversee event planning (trade shows, conferences) to align with sales goals and drive high ROI. • Play a key role in enhancing company culture and supporting employee recruitment and retention efforts. • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading marketing teams and driving successful demand gen and ABM programs. • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales teams. • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring performance and optimizing strategies. • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, digital marketing, and multi-channel campaigns. • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
