Description
• Manage and oversee large-scale programs in government contracting • Plan, organize, and execute large-scale programs • Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations • Monitor program progress and mitigate risks • Provide leadership and guidance to program team members • Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders • Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules • Prepare and present program status reports
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; master's preferred • At least 10 years of experience in program management • Active Secret Clearance • Proven track record of managing large-scale programs (>50M) • Background managing large-scale materials procurements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership skills • Exceptional problem-solving abilities • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Ability to travel locally (DMV) up to 25% of the time
