Your primary goal is to position our platforms as the go-to sources within the addiction and rehabilitation industry. β€’ You will collaborate closely with data analysts, content creators, and other cross-functional teams to implement a robust, data-driven SEO strategy aligned with Rehab Media's broader company objectives. β€’ Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy Development & Execution, Team Leadership & Mentorship, SEO Performance Monitoring & Analysis, Content Strategy & Execution, Process Optimization, Stay Ahead of Industry Trends, Team Development, Technical SEO Leadership, Opportunity Identification & Trend Forecasting, Cross-Department Communication & Collaboration.

Requirements

β€’ Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing or leading a digital marketing team, with a track record of guiding and mentoring junior SEO specialists to drive high performance. Experience managing multiple sites or digital properties is preferred. β€’ SEO Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in SEO roles, with a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices. Hands-on experience optimizing content and improving search rankings. β€’ Content & Traffic Growth: Proven ability to drive organic traffic through the creation of optimized, engaging content that aligns with SEO best practices and contributes to business growth. β€’ Process Improvement: Experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO workflows and editorial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across teams. β€’ Analytical Skills: Solid ability to analyze and interpret SEO performance data, providing actionable insights to both executives and team members. Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track performance and guide strategy. β€’ Team Development: Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members, helping them grow professionally within an SEO-focused environment. β€’ Content Strategy & Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of user-centered content strategies, ensuring alignment with SEO goals and broader digital marketing principles. Experience working with cross-functional teams (content, product, and analytics) to optimize web content. β€’ SEO Mastery: Extensive knowledge of SEO planning, execution, and performance evaluation, including proficiency in keyword research, content optimization, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO strategies.
