Description

• Remote is solving global remote organizations’ biggest challenge: employing anyone anywhere compliantly. • This position is part of the Legal team, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO). • The Core Team provides strategic legal support aligned to business growth. • Responsible for managing routine legal processes and optimizing legal resources.

Requirements

• Senior qualified lawyer with in-house experience, ideally as Head of Legal • Previous experience working for a tech or SAAS company • Legal Operations background or experience a plus • Familiarity with global laws and trends, focusing on HR business and employment law • Team leadership and management experience • Advisory and contentious employment law experience across employee lifecycle • Advising on law issues in multiple jurisdictions, with understanding of contract negotiation, litigation, and regulatory compliance • Passion for tech and HR tech products • Technologically competent with tools like Slack, Juro, Notion, Google Drive, Asana • Experience working cross-functionally with payroll and operational teams • Ability to provide strategic legal advice aligned with business objectives • Demonstrated ability to identify legal issues and develop practical solutions • Ability to oversee and guide senior and junior lawyers • Alignment with values of humble and respectful communication • Experience working remotely is a plus • Fluent in English
