• We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Housing Outreach Specialist to generate leads and build relationships with key decision-makers within UK Local Authorities and Housing Providers. • This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B outreach, CRM management, and professional communication skills. • As the main point of contact in identifying and qualifying prospects, you will play a critical role in expanding social housing options across the UK by creating and managing strategic outreach campaigns.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B outreach or lead generation, preferably in the social housing or property sectors in the UK. • Expertise in CRM management, especially with HubSpot. • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and list-building tools like Apollo.io. • Excellent written English and professional communication style, with a good understanding of UK business etiquette. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing data and documentation. • Ability to work within UK business hours.
