• Process and manage CIS and Reverse VAT transactions to maintain compliance. • Ensure accurate financial records, focusing on sales and credit ledgers. • Record, process, and reconcile daily financial activities. • Oversee sales ledger, credit control, and payment processing with precision. • Prepare monthly financial reports, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close. • Manage account queries and statements with clients and suppliers.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of finance experience with Xero. • In-depth knowledge of CIS and Reverse VAT. • Proficient in managing sales and credit ledgers. • Background in the maintenance or property management sector (beneficial). • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Self-driven, with a dedication to long-term career growth.
