• The Lead Pricing Analyst will develop a revenue management product powered by public data. • Responsible for optimizing pricing and revenue products for ApartmentIQ customers. • Requires collaboration with leaders to align pricing with market demand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, real estate investment, or asset management, with a strong focus on optimizing financial performance for investors. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or similar relevant experience. • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis. • Expertise in market analysis, pricing strategies, and revenue management concepts. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to easily convey complex information. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers; ability to travel as needed.
