β€’ Revvity is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join a customer focused field service team for High Content Imaging. β€’ Provide field service support for the High Content Imaging install base in the U.S. β€’ Responsibilities include installations, training, customer training, preventative maintenance, and repair. β€’ Assist with technical support to end-users and field service engineers. β€’ Travel expected to be 60 -80% of the time.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor of Science AND A minimum of 3 years of field experience with a directly related experience in medical and biological research device service and support. β€’ A valid driver’s license β€’ B.S in Physics or Engineering discipline preferred. β€’ Experience with microscopy, digital imaging, fluorescence, and motion control systems preferred. β€’ Excellent organizational and communication skills. β€’ Strong Windows operating system knowledge. β€’ Strong electro-mechanical skills. β€’ Ability to troubleshoot over the telephone and in the field. β€’ Must be comfortable speaking to a group in a training setting. β€’ Experience in MS-Office suite and Sales Force dot Com (SFDC). β€’ Ability to work in a team environment and to meet deadlines as required.
