Description

• Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level SaaS solutions using modern .Net technologies. • Ensure the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable code across multiple product offerings. • Collaborate with business users to define and refine requirements. • Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and performance. • Oversee team workflows and prioritize tasks in an Agile environment using Jira. • Ensure compliance with secure coding principles and industry standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and product Management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a commercial software development environment with proven leadership capabilities. • Strong expertise in enterprise web application development. • Advanced proficiency in C# .Net Core 6+, PostgreSQL (or equivalent), and API development. • Frontend development experience using HTML5, JavaScript, React (or equivalent), and DevExpress (or equivalent). • Deep understanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub) and Agile methodologies. • Advanced debugging and analytical problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with secure coding practices and standards. • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Experience with HL7 messaging protocols (e.g., ADT, ORM). • Strong database design and optimization skills. • Familiarity with laboratory system integration (workstations, LIMS, or related systems). • Experience with AWS cloud services and containerization technologies such as Docker and microservices architecture. • Knowledge of regulated software development standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IVD, FDA).
