Description
• This role is a Functional, US Payroll Tax Analyst, RSITE in our Global Product Development group • The primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with various legal requirements published by legislative entities • Combine in-depth product expertise with the latest tax and regulatory changes • Provide input to user stories through system impact analysis • Participate in solution design and offer test strategies for the scrum team • Follow each tax and regulatory change from discovery to successful translation into application updates • Vital in providing high quality deliverables to clients and keeping enterprise applications in compliance
Requirements
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of US Payroll Taxes • Demonstrate proficiency in Payroll from a business perspective and as an end-to-end process • Supply subject matter expertise in how US HR/Payroll legislation related to payroll tax is set up, calculated, and reported in SAP • Provide in-depth functional knowledge of large-scale ERP applications (preferrable SAP) • Ability to work within the Rimini Street Agile framework, participate in scrum ceremonies • Assist the Product Owner in preparing prioritized stories in the backlog • Actively participate in scrum activities and ceremonies • Convert Business Requirements into functional specifications/product requirements • Work closely with the development team to ensure adherence to acceptance criteria • Ensure total product compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations • Provide end user documentation that is client-facing • Assist with or produce client educational information, presentations, webinars • Effective communication skills and maintain working relationships with teams and stakeholders
