β’ This role is a Functional, US Payroll Tax Analyst, RSITE in our Global Product Development group β’ The primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with various legal requirements published by legislative entities β’ Combine in-depth product expertise with the latest tax and regulatory changes β’ Provide input to user stories through system impact analysis β’ Participate in solution design and offer test strategies for the scrum team β’ Follow each tax and regulatory change from discovery to successful translation into application updates β’ Vital in providing high quality deliverables to clients and keeping enterprise applications in compliance
β’ In-depth knowledge and understanding of US Payroll Taxes β’ Demonstrate proficiency in Payroll from a business perspective and as an end-to-end process β’ Supply subject matter expertise in how US HR/Payroll legislation related to payroll tax is set up, calculated, and reported in SAP β’ Provide in-depth functional knowledge of large-scale ERP applications (preferrable SAP) β’ Ability to work within the Rimini Street Agile framework, participate in scrum ceremonies β’ Assist the Product Owner in preparing prioritized stories in the backlog β’ Actively participate in scrum activities and ceremonies β’ Convert Business Requirements into functional specifications/product requirements β’ Work closely with the development team to ensure adherence to acceptance criteria β’ Ensure total product compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations β’ Provide end user documentation that is client-facing β’ Assist with or produce client educational information, presentations, webinars β’ Effective communication skills and maintain working relationships with teams and stakeholders
