• Drive new business growth and manage renewal opportunities by nurturing relationships through the sales cycle • Create and maintain a pipeline of business and move opportunities through with velocity • Build strong, personal relationships with schools and districts • Hold new “INTRO” meetings with customers and conduct timeline and actionable follow-up items • Utilize CRM reports/data to track territory activity • Maintain a current Territory Action Plan in CRM to drive coordinated customer engagement
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field (education, school psychology, clinical psychology, or business) • Sales experience in the education market preferred • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization skills • Skilled at building rapport with customers • Ability to maintain accurate pipeline in CRM and follow up on opportunities through close of sale • Highly motivated, goal driven and possesses desire to up-sell and cross-sell new logos • Proficient in utilizing Power Point, Excel, and CRM tools • Effective in delivering Web-based presentations • Collaborative and able to work across departments to attain desired outcomes
