Description
• Participate in the design of training strategies • Design comprehensive training content and materials • Develop learning materials, including but not limited to: e-learning courses, digital and print training guides, assessment and certification materials, and video-based training content • Participate in the delivery of training to Commercial teams and act in a support capacity post-training to enable adoption
Requirements
• Must have a BA/BS Degree • Experience in instructional design • Strong content development skills, including technical writing, e-learning and video editing skills • Must have 3+ years experience working in Pharma / Biotech Commercial organizations using Veeva CRM, Vault CRM or Salesforce CRM • Experience working with AI, Data & Analytics projects • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong PowerPoint development, presentation and storytelling abilities • Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) • Preferred Qualifications • Experience working Qlik, Tableau or Power BI • Certifications in Learning Management
