Description

• Oversee audits, compliance activities, and special projects • Drive process improvements and ensure timely and compliant responses to Corrective Action Requests • Manage contract tools and support the implementation of new technologies • Mentor and guide a team of contracts professionals • Influence policies and processes, develop training plans, and provide strategic oversight on Contract Closeout and CAGE/Systems for Award Management administration

Requirements

• Typically requires University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Prior experience with USG contract management • Experience in compliance with FAR and DFARS, TINA and Global Trade requirements, including ITAR • Prior experience with US Government direct contracts; prime contract subcontracts • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and develop effective relationships based on respect and trust • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence leadership • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Experience in SAP, DT automation and implementing software tools
