• Share overall responsibility for SOX & IT General Computing Controls compliance • Support IT Governance and Risk Management Activities • Drive process maturity and champion common processes • Act as liaison with Finance and auditors • Perform root cause analysis • Support GRC tools implementation

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT management or IT regulatory compliance • Experience in design and evaluation of IT general computing controls • 5+ years in SOX Compliance and COSO internal controls framework • 5+ years Leading/Building/Mentoring diversified compliance teams • University Degree or equivalent experience (minimum ten years) or Advanced Degree (minimum seven years) • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
