Description

• Take charge as a Lead Recruiter at Winlux and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. • As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will drive recruiting strategy and execution across all departments. • In this leadership position, you’ll not only source and attract top talent globally but also partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment. • Experience in the gaming and entertainment industry, particularly in regulated gambling sectors. • Proven ability to lead full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple disciplines and geographic regions. • Strong experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and a data-driven approach to improving recruitment performance. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, inspire, and develop a team of recruiters. • Strategic mindset with the ability to design and implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals. • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and stakeholders. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and internal teams. • Experience recruiting internationally and managing cross-functional, global hiring processes. • Passion for building high-performing teams and creating an exceptional candidate experience. • Fluency in English (written and verbal), with additional language skills being a plus.
