Requirements

8+ years of experience in strategy & operations roles with at least 4 years of process and/or product improvement in a high growth organization, for example: tech, consulting, or other fast moving environments. Leadership: 4+ years managing high performing independent contributors (analysts and/or project managers) Customer obsession: Demonstrated experience deeply understanding and identifying customer needs, translating them into process and product improvements, building them, and rolling them out Ownership: Experience independently owning quantified objectives and hitting hard goals: developing metrics (KRs), creating walks/waterfalls (sub-KRs) and working both independently and with cross-functional partners to execute Optimization: Demonstrated ability to optimize and/or create operational processes. Discovery to understand & map a complex process, identify opportunities for improvement / optimization, design and build for scale. Project management experience with complex cross-functional teams to roll out complex programs or processes. Proficient with analysis, particularly in Excel / Google Sheets.
