• We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. • We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. • We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being. • We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. • Rula is hiring its first Legal Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency of the Legal Department and ensure that the company is prepared to meet its anticipated growth head-on. • The Legal Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing and owning creative processes to manage legal intake, reduce legal spend, and resolve friction that might slow operations. • This person will have a particular stake in the onboarding of Rula’s new Contract Lifecycle Management system and will also be responsible for entity maintenance, corporate and medical registrations, and other operational processes. • The Legal Operations Manager will be a vital member of the Legal Department and will report to the Head of Legal / Corporate.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in business operational and/or project management roles • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced corporate environments • Experience working on cross-functional teams • Experience in devising systems and processes for business departments (Legal or otherwise) • Direct experience implementing and managing a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. • Specific experience performing a similar role for a legal department, either in-house or in a law firm. • Pro-active and creative outlook and style. Excellent communicator. • Paralegal (or similar) experience, contract negotiation experience • Experience with regulatory and/or corporate filings
