• We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being. • We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. • This role will work closely with provider sales, revops, and provider strategy & operations and will be a crucial top-of-funnel link in helping Rula maintain healthy marketplace balance between patient demand and provider supply at a state level. • We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager - Provider to enable continued growth of Rula’s base of therapists and psychiatric providers through digital acquisition channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience dedicated to managing multiple paid channels such as SEM, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. • Hands-on-keyboard experience managing digital channels • Experience with analyzing data from disparate systems to identify trends, i.e. ad platforms, site analytics tools, BI tools and CRMs • Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, revops, operations, etc.)
