Description

• The HR Services Manager (HRSM) provides expert HR advice to global clients relating to Employment Laws in UK/Ireland. • Be the face of the UK/Ireland to clients and workers, assisting with their day to day queries. • Work with internal teams to ensure a best in class customer journey when onboarding new workers. • Provide support to internal consultants on ad hoc queries like holiday entitlement and benefits administration. • Support in day-to-day team management of a team of Administrators working to support the UK/Ireland operation.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of HR, underpinned by a degree or equivalent certification. • Experience of managing TUPE transfer, either in or out. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment. • Experience in advising on complicated Employment Relations Issues. • Focused on results, ability to manage priorities and respect deadlines. • Great communication and interpersonal relations with managers and employees of different disciplines and cultures.
