Description

• Partner with the Non-Employee Risk Management Application Teams to build and maintain resilient, secure, and efficient SaaS (software as a service) applications that meet established SLAs (service level agreements) • Automate deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response • Monitor site stability and performance and troubleshoot service issues • Automate the scaling infrastructure to meet rapidly increasing demand • Manage cross-functional requirements working with Engineering, Product, and Centralized DevOps teams to maintain core platform standards while supporting rapid service development. • Collaborate with developers to bring new features and services into production • Develop and improve operational practices and procedures • Proactively meet standards for information security and compliance, such as FedRAMP, ISO27001, SOC1, SOC2, IRAP, C5, etc. • Must be willing to be part of an on-call rotation • Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning • Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts • Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in 24x7 production operations, preferably supporting a highly available environment for a SaaS or cloud service provider • 5+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure environments; AWS strongly preferred • Release automation (GitHub Actions preferred) with CI/CD pipelines • Linux administration, and Linux debugging experience , RHCE or similar desired • Experience using programming languages (Python, Ruby on Rails) to manage cloud environments at scale • Experience in the following: MongoDB, SQL, HashiStack, Kafka, Redis • Strong understanding of system and networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques • Ability to operate in an agile environment that is rapidly evolving • Have excellent communication skills- English fluency of C1 or higher preferred • Bachelor's degree in computer science or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
