Description

• Serve as an advisor to customers and ensure they are setup for long-term success using the Lever product suite • Build trusting partnerships with customers and empower them to achieve talent goals • Conduct customer check-ins, prepare impact reviews, and perform account health audits • Take ownership of a customer portfolio, develop relationships, and provide product training • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success functions for smooth customer experience • Identify champions within customer accounts and advocate for customer needs internally

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer relationship or account management experience in SaaS • Results-oriented mindset with strong project and time management skills • Experience with product training, value-based communications, and facilitating meetings • Ability to identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth • Passion and drive to work in a fast-growing startup environment
